Xerox error Find the fault code
Every fix starts with the exact fault code. If the message is gone, the printer keeps a history.
Seen on: VersaLink models. The same code can mean something else on other models.
How to fix it
- On the touch screen: tap Device > Notifications > History.
- From a computer: type the printer's IP address into a browser, then go to Settings > Fault History.
- To print it: Home > Device > About > Support > Support Pages > Error History Report.
