Xerox error 116-703

A PostScript processing error: the printer could not read the print data it was sent.

Seen on: many WorkCentre and ApeosPort models. The same code can mean something else on other models.

How to fix it

1. Print the document again, or save it as PDF and print the PDF.
2. In the print driver, open Printer Properties > Ports and turn off "Enable bidirectional support".
3. Try the PCL driver instead of the PostScript driver for the same printer.

Is it worth fixing?

A data problem, not a hardware fault.
