Xerox error 016-910
The paper size or type, or the staples, chosen in the print driver are not loaded in the printer.
Seen on: VersaLink C7000 and C7020/C7025/C7030. The same code can mean something else on other models.
How to fix it
- Load the paper the job asked for in one of the trays. If you use a finisher, check the staple cartridge.
- On the printer, check that each tray's size and type setting matches the paper actually in it.
- Turn on the paper size substitution policy so the printer uses the closest size instead of stopping.
- Still failing: reinstall the print driver, restart the printer, and update its firmware.
Is it worth fixing?
A settings mismatch, not a fault.
