Xerox error 116-720
The print job ran out of printer memory.
Seen on: many WorkCentre and ApeosPort models. The same code can mean something else on other models.
How to fix it
- Print fewer pages at a time, or lower the print resolution in the driver.
- Delete stored jobs you no longer need from the printer.
- Close unused ports or services on the printer to free memory.
Is it worth fixing?
Fixable with settings. If large jobs are normal for you, extra memory is a cheap upgrade on many models.
