Xerox error 374-100
A paper jam in Tray 4.
Seen on: AltaLink C8130/C8135/C8145/C8155/C8170 and EC8136/EC8156. The same code can mean something else on other models.
How to fix it
- Open Tray 4 and remove the jammed paper.
- Pull the tray out fully and check for paper stuck behind it.
- Check the paper is supported, loaded correctly, and that the tray and driver paper settings match it. Damp paper jams more.
- Restart the printer.
- If the tray keeps jamming, replace its feed roller.
Is it worth fixing?
Usually paper or settings. Repeat jams point to a worn feed roller.
