Xerox error 310-330

A fuser motor fault. Code 345-354 means service is required.

Seen on: AltaLink C8030/C8035/C8045/C8055/C8070 and EC8036/EC8056. The same code can mean something else on other models.

How to fix it

1. If the screen shows 345-354, contact Xerox support: it needs a technician.
2. For 310-330: turn the printer off, wait two minutes, and turn it on.
3. Clear any paper jam at Door A.
4. Remove and reinstall the fuser module (let it cool first).

Is it worth fixing?

310-330 can be a one-off. 345-354 always needs service.
