Xerox error 301-305

The left side door was opened while the machine was running.

Seen on: WorkCentre 5845/5855 and 5865/5875/5890. The same code can mean something else on other models.

How to fix it

1. Check the left side door for anything stopping it from closing, and clear it.
2. Close the door firmly.
3. Turn the machine off, wait two minutes, and turn it on.

Is it worth fixing?

Not a fault if the door closes properly.
