Xerox error 120.xx
A fuser motor error.
Seen on: Xerox C310 and C315. The same code can mean something else on other models.
How to fix it
- Turn the printer off and on.
- Plug the power cord straight into a wall socket, not a power strip.
- Open the front door and remove any paper scraps or packing material.
- Clear the vents and give the printer space to cool. Move it away from heaters and air conditioning vents.
Is it worth fixing?
Often power or heat related. Contact support if it continues.
