Xerox error 117-320

The printer's internal storage card (eMMC) failed to start, is unsupported, or cannot be read.

Seen on: VersaLink B400 and B405. The same code can mean something else on other models.

How to fix it

1. Turn the printer off and unplug it for 2 minutes.
2. Plug it back in and turn it on.
3. If the fault returns, contact Xerox support: the storage card may need replacing.

Is it worth fixing?

A power cycle clears temporary cases. A repeat means a hardware fault.
