Xerox error 117-319

The printer could not read program or font data from its internal SD card, which may be corrupted.

Seen on: VersaLink C7000 and C7020/C7025/C7030. The same code can mean something else on other models.

How to fix it

1. Turn the printer off and unplug it for 2 minutes.
2. Plug it back in and turn it on.
3. If the fault returns, contact Xerox support.

Is it worth fixing?

If a power cycle does not fix it, the SD card needs service.
