Xerox error 11-1312
A communication error between the computer and the printer while printing.
Seen on: Xerox B215. The same code can mean something else on other models.
How to fix it
- Check the right printer and driver are selected.
- Switch driver language: use PCL if you are on PostScript, or PostScript if you are on PCL.
- Print from another program. If only one program fails, the problem is that program.
- Install the latest driver from Xerox support.
