Xerox error 062-277
The scanner and the document feeder on top lost contact with each other, or the feeder reported a fault.
Seen on: WorkCentre and ApeosPort models. The same code can mean something else on other models.
How to fix it
- Turn the printer off and on.
- Open and close the document feeder lid firmly and remove any originals.
- Use the scanner glass instead of the feeder until it is fixed.
- If it returns, contact Xerox support.
Is it worth fixing?
The glass still works, so you can keep copying while you wait for service.
