Xerox error 047-211

A hardware error in the paper output (047-211), the duplex unit (047-214) or the finisher (047-216).

Seen on: WorkCentre and ApeosPort models. The same code can mean something else on other models.

How to fix it

1. Turn the printer off and on.
2. Open the duplex and finisher doors, remove any paper, and close them firmly.
3. If the code returns, contact Xerox support.

Is it worth fixing?

A restart clears one-off errors. Repeats need a technician.
