Xerox error 016-982
The printer's hard disk is full (016-982), or an e-mail is larger than the limit (016-985).
Seen on: WorkCentre and ApeosPort models with a hard disk. The same code can mean something else on other models.
How to fix it
- Delete old stored jobs, scans and mailbox documents from the printer.
- Split the job into smaller parts, or scan at a lower resolution.
