Xerox error 016-349
A device fault: the printer reports a problem with its network MAC address.
Seen on: WorkCentre 6515. The same code can mean something else on other models.
How to fix it
- Turn the printer off, wait 10 seconds, and turn it on.
- If the fault returns, contact Xerox support: the network board may need replacing.
Is it worth fixing?
Try a restart first. A repeat is a service call.
