Xerox error 010-320
The fuser's heat roll overheated.
Seen on: D95/D110/D125/D136 and 4112/4127 production printers. The same code can mean something else on other models.
How to fix it
- Check whether the fuser web has wrapped around the heat roll.
- Replace the fuser web if it is damaged or near the end of its life.
- Turn the machine off and on, or run a full reset.
- If it returns, contact Xerox support.
Is it worth fixing?
A service-level fault on production machines; the fix is usually a fuser part.
