HP error Carriage jam
The cartridge carriage cannot move. Something is in its path.
How to fix it
- Turn the printer off and unplug it.
- Open the cartridge door and remove any paper, scraps or objects. Use a flashlight to look under the carriage.
- Slide the carriage gently by hand to check it moves freely.
- Close the door, plug in and turn on.
