The toner cartridge is empty or nearly empty.
How to fix it
- Take out the drum and toner assembly and shake the toner cartridge gently side to side to spread the remaining toner.
- Replace the toner cartridge when print quality fades.
- Make sure the new toner clicks into the drum unit.
